The challenge

Every customer wants a rewards store that feels like theirs: their branding, their catalogue, their rules, their domain. The conventional answer is a bespoke build per client. It works until roughly the tenth. After that every fix has to be applied a hundred times, and every customer is a separate security surface.

The platform had to run hundreds of front doors on one codebase, inside the compliance expectations of banks and insurers, with fulfilment the client never has to stock.

What we built
  • Four HUB products on one multi-tenant codebase: BrandHUB (white-labelled brand store), RewardsHUB (points-based engagement), CommunityHUB (private deals marketplace) and SalesHUB (channel and dealer programmes).
  • Configuration, not forks. A client brief becomes a branded portal on the client’s own web address. The differences between portals are configuration, which is what makes a hundred of them operable by one team.
  • Client SSO. Employees sign in with their existing company credentials. No password rollout, no employee list to leak.
  • Points and budget engine with earn, expire and top-up; single and bulk ordering with approvals; mixed payment, points and card in one basket, split cleanly for the client’s finance team.
  • Zero client-side inventory. Orders route through approvals to fulfilment and ship to 10+ countries without the client holding stock.
  • Engineered to ISO 27001 and taken through certification with the client, which is why portals run inside banks and insurers. PremitiveKey is not itself certified; the platform is.

How a portal goes live

A brief becomes configuration, not a project

The same route for every client, which is why the hundredth portal costs the platform what the tenth did.

Configuration, not forks. Employees sign in with their existing company login and pay in points, card or both.
The load it carries

30 brands run programmes on the platform

FOXBOX is owned and operated by FOXBOX. PremitiveKey was the technical partner behind it. These brands are FOXBOX’s customers, running rewards, gifting and engagement programmes across financial services, IT and consulting, pharmaceuticals, logistics, manufacturing, retail, education and HR technology.

Read this correctly. The brands above are not clients of PremitiveKey. We show them for one reason: they evidence the load, the scale and the compliance expectations the platform we engineered has to carry. Where a brand mark is not shown, the programme is listed by name.
